Free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
Taxes and Duties:
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
All countries outside the European Union are shipped on EXW (Exworks) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are not included in the final price.
Important Information:
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
Returns:
Selahatin has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange. Returned products must be kept in its original packaging, in perfect condition and unopened. Damaged or opened products will not be accepted and no refunds will be made. Freight costs for returns will be covered by the customer.
Returning Your Purchase:
- Email shop@selahatin.com with an email marked “RETURN”. and include your order number and reason for the return.
- Upon confirmation from us you can return the products.
- Package your return item well enough to prevent damage in transit. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.
- Clearly mark the parcel ‘Returned Goods’, to shorten handling time and for international returns avoid any Customs charges.
- Please note that Selahatin is not responsible for returns that gets lost in the mail.
- You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.

Receiving a Refund:
Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made.
It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Care.
Items must be returned in perfect condition. Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods improperly.
For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within 14 days.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. If you wish to change a product for another one; please send an email to shopssselahatin.com, state your order number, mark the email “Exchange Product”. Please let us know which product you would like to return and which one you wish to have instead.
Return shipping costs are carried by the customer.
Sale:
Our regular online return and exchange policy as described above applies during sale periods.
Quality Guarantee:
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please email shop@selahatin.com and include photos of the damaged items.
