Cookies:

Selahatin uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information to help the website identify and track the visitor. Cookies do not harm your computer, they consist only of text, cannot contain viruses and occupies virtually no space on your hard drive.

We are in use of persistent cookies and this type of cookie saves a file permanently on your computer and is used to track visitor movements on the website. This cookie s only used to offer visitors better services and support and the text files can be deleted. At Selahatin we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. The information stored on your computer is only a unique number without any connection to personal information.

Prices : All prices in the online shop are including VAT and the choices of currency are Euro (€) or Swedish Krona (SEK). 

Terms of Delivery:

All products are sold EXW our warehouse in Sweden or Germany, meaning that freight costs from the warehouse to the destination will be covered by the customer. Occasionally, Selahatin will offer customers free shipping but shipping is limited to shipping costs only. Customers are still responsible any duty/customs cost that may arise.

Payment:

Payments will be made through credit cards.

All products remain the property of Selahatin until full payment is made. The prices applicable are set at the date on which you place your order. Final shipping costs and payment fees are stated in the checkout process before confirming the purchase. All transfers conducted through Selahatin are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled with SSL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Delivery:

If we have your requested products on stock, your order will be shipped within 1–5 days. If the products cannot be delivered to you within three days, we will send you an email informing you about the actual shipment date. 

Shipping Cost:

When shopping, an estimated shipping cost will appear below the generated purchase amount, based on shipping to the country you are in. When checking out the shopping cart, the final shipping cost will be determined after stating your delivery address, and shown in the order summary before confirming the purchase.

Taxes and customs duties:

For international shipments any duties, taxes or VAT that might occur will be covered by the customer. 

Unclaimed Parcels:

For parcels that are not picked up within 14 days, Selahatin reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping, freight and administrative costs.

Taxes and Duties:

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
All countries outside the European Union are shipped on EXW (Exworks) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are not included in the final price.

Important Information:

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

Returns:

Selahatin has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange. Returned products must be kept in its original packaging, in perfect condition and unopened. Damaged or opened products will not be accepted and no refunds will be made. Freight costs for returns will be covered by the customer.

Returning Your Purchase:

1. Email shop@selahatin.com with an email marked “RETURN”. and include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Upon confirmation from us you can return the products.
3. Package your return item well enough to prevent damage in transit. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.
4. Clearly mark the parcel ‘Returned Goods’, to shorten handling time and for international returns avoid any Customs charges.
5. Please note that Selahatin is not responsible for returns that gets lost in the mail.
6. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.

Receiving a Refund:

Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made.

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Care.

Items must be returned in perfect condition. Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods improperly.

For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within 14 days.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. If you wish to change a product for another one; please send an email to shopssselahatin.com, state your order number, mark the email “Exchange Product”. Please let us know which product you would like to return and which one you wish to have instead.
Return shipping costs are carried by the customer.

Sale:

Our regular online return and exchange policy as described above applies during sale periods.

Quality Guarantee:

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please email shop@selahatin.com and include photos of the damaged items.

All products available for purchase are on stock if no other info is shown.

Selahatin will act responsibly for all personal information requested from you. The personal information will be used to ensure deliveries, for credit assessment and to provide offers and information to you. The information you provide is only available to Selahatin and will not be shared with any third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you and you always have the right to request it to be deleted or corrected. By accepting Selahatin‘s terms and conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure:

Events outside Selahatin‘s control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Selahatin is released from its obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are, but not limited to; government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Governing Law: 

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute under this agreement. 

Section 1 – Information Use:

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Section 4 – Shopify:

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
